less than zero to minimalism

Thierry Rosset (left) was born in Madrid, Spain, and has spent most of his life traveling to many points on the globe while working for the French Government. His prints exude confidence and utilize a palate of sparcity and pure balance; large works on an accessible scale.

Peikwen Cheng's series, Less Than Zero, is comprised of images captured in northern Sweden near the Arctic Circle. Textures and patterns within ice define the landscape of this series. His work explores time, life, cultures, and perspectives. He was recently selected for the Unframed First Look exhibition at the Sean Kelly Gallery in New York by noted artists Cindy Sherman, Adam Fuss, and Jack Pierson.
